Do the Hard Stuff™ Experience

Stronger People. Better Connections. Meaningful Action.

Great Teams Don't Just Set Goals. They Do The Hard Stuff.

Every organization has goals worth pursuing. But moving forward often requires people to do what's uncomfortable: have the conversation they've been avoiding, take ownership when it's easier to wait, work across differences, or make a decision without having all the answers.

Do the Hard Stuff™ is a customized, facilitated experience that brings people together to explore these challenges, learn from one another, and turn good intentions into meaningful action.

It's not about working harder. It's about moving from knowing to doing.

3–4 Hours | 15–75 Participants | Starting at $10,000

What Will Your People Take Away?

☑️ Greater Ownership
Recognize where they can take responsibility and initiative rather than waiting for someone else.

☑️ Stronger Connections
Build relationships and gain fresh perspectives from colleagues outside their usual circles.

☑️ More Open Communication
Become more willing to ask questions, listen, speak up, and have meaningful conversations.

☑️ Meaningful Action
Leave with a specific conversation, decision, or next step they're ready to pursue.

Not Another Presentation. An Experience.

Your people won't spend three hours watching someone talk from the front of the room.

Jeremy uses humor, interactive activities, individual reflection, and small-group conversations to get people participating almost immediately. Participants connect with colleagues they may not normally work with, explore different perspectives, and learn from one another.

Jeremy guides the experience, listens to the conversations happening throughout the room, and helps participants uncover insights they can apply beyond the event.

Sometimes the most valuable insight comes from the person sitting three seats away.

LISTEN. CHOOSE. MOVE.

Three ideas guide the experience.

LISTEN | Discomfort is information, not instruction.
Participants explore what they may be avoiding, what others are experiencing, and how listening more openly can reveal challenges and opportunities they might otherwise miss.

CHOOSE | Hard doesn't mean harder. It means necessary.
Whether it's having a difficult conversation, challenging an assumption, asking for help, or making an important decision, participants consider what their situation actually requires.

MOVE | You don't have to feel ready to take the next step.
Participants translate their insights into action by identifying a meaningful conversation, decision, or commitment they can carry into their work and relationships.

Built Around Your People

Every engagement begins with a conversation about your organization, your people, and what you hope to accomplish.

Jeremy customizes the exercises, examples, and discussions to make the experience relevant to your group. Participants may use Clarity Cards for guided reflection and a Do the Hard Stuff Action Map to identify their next steps.

The framework stays consistent. The experience is built around your people.
